When will my ScentXpresso ship?
We are currently in the final stages of production. Pre-orders are estimated to begin shipping in April 2026. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your unit leaves our warehouse.

Does ScentXpresso track my heart rate or HRV?
No, ScentXpresso is a delivery system for wellness rituals rather than a sensor-based wearable. We recommend using your own third-party device (such as an Apple Watch, Oura, or Polar) to track your physiological stress recovery. However, we provide a ScentXpresso Companion App that allows you to log your mood and emotional state alongside each session. By comparing your subjective mood logs in our app with your wearable's HRV data, you can build a complete picture of which scent rituals work best for your unique nervous system.

Can I use any brand of essential oil in the shower with ScentXpresso?
Yes. While we offer ethically sourced essential oils, our SwiftSwitch™ universal adaptor is compatible with most standard essential oil bottles, giving you flexibility to use your preferred blends.

How long does a bottle of oil last?
A standard 5 ml bottle typically provides approximately 15 to 20 ten minute showers, depending on your selected intensity level.

How do I switch between different scents?
Our SwiftSwitch™ system allows you to swap oil bottles in under 3 seconds. You can easily switch from an "Energizing Citrus" morning shower to a "Relaxing Lavender" evening ritual.

How do I clean the device?
ScentXpresso includes an AutoClean cycle that helps flush the system after use. For deeper maintenance, detachable components can be rinsed easily according to the care instructions.

It’s powered by a long-lasting 2,000 mAh rechargeable battery. On a full charge, it typically lasts 4–6 weeks if used about three times per week.
